They came out when they said they would and installation of my new flooring was expedient and professional. Great job, great prices, and great communication. We recently had our kitchen floor replaced with beautiful Somerset oak flooring. Carpet One was very pleasant to work with and the floor installation went very well. We were able to remove most of the old floor ourselves to cut down on the cost of the job. We did ask about a few small knots in the floor and Brian said if we wanted to have those boards replaced he would have that taken care of. But we decided we were fine with the floor as is. The new floor looks beautiful and we are very satisfied.

Ashley and her team treat you like family! We have had our whole house done by them over the last 10 years and everything was perfect every time! Hardwood upstairs, beautiful vinyl planks and carpet downstairs. Install was problem free, quick and easy. I recommend them to everyone! You will not be disappointed!
